Couples Halloween Costume | Sandy & Danny From Grease

Here’s a super easy Couples Halloween costume – Sandy & Danny from one of my all time favorite movies, Grease! Linking both of our outfits for you below. Happy Halloween!!! 🙂

Stuart and I decided earlier this week that he was going to come visit Minneapolis this past weekend for a few Halloween parties! We were so excited, but had no idea what we were going to dress up as for Halloween. I was taking a look around my closet to see if I had anything that would work well thrown together and once I saw my faux leather leggings and leather jacket, I knew what we were going to be – Sandy & Danny!

Sandy – Costume Details

Ok, so I literally had everything in my closet already except for the red shoes – I thought I had a pair at my parents house but they definitely got lost in all the moves I’ve made in the last 1.5 years! I’ll tag everything below if you’d like to make this look for yourself for Halloween this year 🙂 I’m also including a more affordable options if you don’t already have these items in your closet & don’t want to spend a ton of money!

  1. Leather Leggings
    1. Spanx Faux Leather Leggings – wearing a M, plus I wear these leggings ALL. THE. TIME.
    2. Target Women’s Faux Leather High-Rise Leggings – a great affordable alternative the the Spanx leggings!
  2. Leather Jacket
    1. Free People Leather Jacket – wearing a S
    2. Target Leather Jacket – more affordable option and looks great!
  3. Red Heels
    1. Mix No. 6 Liraven Pump – wearing size 7.5
    2. Target Women’s Natalia Microsuede Pointed Toe Block Heeled Pumps – obsessed with Target’s shoes lately, these ones would be perfect! Check sizes to make sure they are in stock.
    3. Target Women’s Michaela Pumps – I have these in black, and they are SO comfy!
  4. Black & Gold Belt
    1. Gucci Belt – wearing size 80
    2. Target Women’s Double Buckle Belt – great affordable belt – I’ve had mine forever!
  5. Black off the shoulder top – *My exact shirt is a few years old – linking similar below*
    1. H&M Ribbed Off-the-Shoulder Top – looks very similar to the top I wore!
    2. SHEIN Fold Over Sweetheart Bardot Top – looks even more similar to Sandy’s outfit in the movie!
  6. Curly Hair!
    1. Bombay Hair Wand – 25mm Rose Gold – my favorite curling wand I’ve ever used – my curls stay for DAYS!

Danny – Costume Details

Stuart is making a feature on the blog!!! His costume was super easy – black jeans, black t-shirt, black shoes, and white tall socks! He had everything in his closet, too, which made this about the easiest costume for him! I’ll link what he’s wearing below, in case you want to dress up your guy as Danny & want the quick links!

We really loved this couples costume idea and if you’re looking for an easy costume to pull off this year, I highly recommend it!! It’s comfortable, and you can wear so many of the items in your everyday wardrobe if you don’t already own them.
